Cancelation Policy
NO CHARGE on cancelations prior pick up time.
Insurance and Coverage
ALL INCLUSIVE RATES: INCLUDES LDW, LI AND PAI.
LDW is included: Loss Damage Waiver covers any car damage with a 10% deductible in any collision and 20% in total loss.
PAI is included: Personal Accident Insurance covers passengers´s medical assistance.
LI is included: Liability Insurance covers any third party damage.
Additional LDW 0% is optional for 12.5 usd (SLW and MTY) and 9 usd (SJD) per day. Additional LDW 0% covers any car damage or loss with a 0% deductible.
Geographic Restrictions
In SJD: Rental cars are not permitted to leave the borders of Mexico.
In SLW and MTY: Rental cars are permitted to enter USA. Costumer must pay Third Party Insurance for USA prior leaving Mexico. Costumer will be responsible for the Full Damage of the car in case of accident within the USA.
Vehicles are only allowed to be driven on paved roads. Driving on beaches is not permitted and will void any insurance coverage.
